Lucian Marinescu

Lucian is a co-founder of Premier Hospitality, a leading consulting firm specializing in the hospitality sector. With a career spanning over 50 hotel projects at various stages of development, he has played a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance to optimize hotel performance and drive long-term success.

Beyond his consulting work, Lucian has made significant contributions to industry knowledge. He co-authored The Investor’s Guide in the Hotel Industry, a comprehensive resource detailing the essential steps for successful hotel investments. His expertise extends beyond advisory roles into hands-on hotel management, further demonstrating his deep commitment to the sector.

Under his leadership, Premier Hospitality was appointed as the operator of the Ramada Sibiu Hotel under a 20-year lease agreement. As part of this mandate, Lucian spearheaded a €3 million upgrade plan aimed at enhancing the hotel’s facilities and guest experience.

Lucian’s extensive background combines both academic excellence and practical experience. He studied at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and the prestigious École Hôtelière de Lausanne, two institutions renowned for shaping hospitality leaders. His career path has included roles at prominent establishments such as Dorobanți, Best Western Parc, Ibis Gara de Nord, and Howard Johnson Grand Plaza, where he progressed from operational positions to top management roles.
