Frank Mustaff joined Horwath HTL Germany in 2007 and subsequently established Horwath HTL Rwanda in 2016.
Bio
As Managing Director, he has successfully overseen hotel and tourism consulting operations in over ten African countries, including Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Ethiopia, Malawi, Lesotho, Mauritius, Madagascar, Namibia, and Zambia.
Frank is an expert in conducting hotel feasibility studies, developing tourism master plans and executing destination marketing strategies. He has proven his ability to lead and collaborate with international and interdisciplinary teams in more than 25 countries, particularly in emerging and developing markets.
Notable projects under his leadership include the Tourism Master Plans for Rwanda, the Land Use Master Plan – Vision 2050 for Rwanda, and the SME Tourism Sector Development project in Malawi. Frank holds a Diploma in Economics from Hohenheim University, Germany.
