Christophe Gerondeau is the Asset Management Specialist at Horwath HTL Spain, combining international hotel operations experience with a foundation in strategic analysis. His expertise focuses on aligning operational realities with broader investment objectives to ensure that hotel performance directly supports asset value growth. Having worked across property, regional, and corporate levels, he brings a dual perspective, understanding both operator challenges and investor priorities.

Prior to joining Horwath HTL, Christophe’s operational experience includes leadership roles within Four Seasons, where he contributed to guest satisfaction improvements, operational excellence, and departmental restructuring. His proactive approach to process optimisation, from financial oversight to guest experience management, reflects his commitment to aligning operational performance with strategic business objectives. Christophe also worked at CBRE Hotels in London, where he conducted market analysis, feasibility studies, and supported investment strategy development across multiple European cities.

Christophe holds a Master’s in International Hotel Management from Les Roches and a Bachelor’s in International Business from the University of Kent, UK. This is complemented by the Real Estate Economics and Finance certificate from LSE and the Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management certificate from Cornell University.
