Her experience spans strategy development, technology-enabled transformation, cost reduction, process optimisation, and resource planning. She frequently works with executive teams to navigate regulatory change, streamline structures, and embed agile ways of working that support long-term resilience and adaptability.
Through her work with Horwath HTL UK, Buki supports hospitality, tourism and leisure businesses in managing transformation at scale, whether implementing new systems, designing shared service centres, optimising resource models, or delivering programme governance across capital and operational projects.
