Our office was appointed to provide full-scale advisory services for a portfolio of 5-star resorts, offering comprehensive support to optimise operations, enhance profitability, and strategically position the properties in their respective markets. We have started with the in-depth market assessment, concept review and pre-opening support of the two resorts – one at Lake Balaton and the other one in the renowned wine region of Tokaj.

We began with an in-depth assessment of each resort, covering operational performance, market positioning, and competitive benchmarks. This analysis identified key areas for improvement, including revenue management, cost optimisation, and guest experience enhancements. By leveraging data-driven insights, we developed customised strategies to address underperformance and unlock growth potential.

A critical component of our advisory role involved ongoing asset management, ensuring alignment between operational teams and ownership goals.
