Horwath HTL was commissioned to assist in the planning and assessment of multiple sites in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, through the provision of a market and financial feasibility study. The study provides detailed analyses of the economic and hotel market dynamics, analysis of the subject sites in their current and future environment, hotel positioning and facilities recommendations, performance projection levels and operational cash flow, and the potential return on investment from each development.
Project Scope
Horwath HTL was engaged to provide a comprehensive market and financial feasibility study for multiple potential hotel development sites in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. The study aimed to assist in the planning and assessment process by offering strategic insights into each site’s viability and development potential in a rapidly growing tourism destination.
The engagement began with a detailed analysis of the economic and hospitality market dynamics in Puerto Princesa. The study evaluated current demand drivers, including leisure and eco-tourism, corporate travel, and local infrastructure developments such as airport upgrades.
