Wojciech Doliński is a chartered surveyor (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), RICS Registered Valuer, Qualified Polish Valuer (Qualification number 4881) and a Recognized European Valuer, with the REV designation. He holds a masters and engineer degree in Land management from Warsaw University of Life Sciences, engineer degree from Dutch university CAH Dronten and a postgraduate MSc, Property Appraisal and Management from the Universities of Sheffield Hallam and Nottingham Trent. Wojciech has also completed postgraduate studies in real estate valuation at the Warsaw Polytechnic, department of Architecture.
He is a RICS Assessor at the APC examinations held for new entrants and a lecturer at the current Polish Federation of Valuers’ Associations course for valuers training for collateral purposes. He sits in the Property Valuation Standards Committee by the Polish Ministry of Investment and Development.
He started his professional career started in Polish Oil and Gas Corporation (PGNiG S.A.) and King Sturge Sp.z o.o. His past experience includes working in Polish Properties Sp. z o.o. from 2007 and afterwards managing a start-up valuation company Comparables Sp. z o.o. from 2012 to 2016 with an opportunity to work on a wide array of commercial valuations. Realised valuation reports covered all requirements including financial reporting, stock exchange floatation, insurance purposes, transactional advice, due diligence, litigation and general market value assessments.
As of June 2018 was involved in over 900 valuations and related projects totalling approximately 30 billion złoty in Poland, Germany and CEE, across all property sectors, including the hospitality sector.
