About
Norberto Rosemberg is the Corporate Finance Manager of Crowe Horwath Argentina that collaborates closely with the Horwath HTL regional team.
He has taken part in various international seminars and congresses that dealt with projects finance development analysis within the hotel industry, also he has been part of different professional teams in the region participating in more than 100 market studies for the development of international chains such as Starwood, Hilton, Accor and IHG, amongst others.
Norberto was part of the Horwath HTL team that, during many years, produced the Argentina Hotel Industry Report along with STR, Visa and Northern Telecom.
As a finance specialist, Norberto has provided his advice in many transactions and valuations involving hotel properties. At the same time he has produced credit ratings for different hotel projects to be financed by the BNA (Bank of the Argentina Nation).
