Before joining Howarth HTL Argentina, Mauro served as a Consultant for the formulation of the Strategic Plan for Sustainable Tourism in the Municipality of San Antonio de Areco, in the nation's ministry of finance as an IDB Expert Consultant within the framework of the Strengthening Program Provincial Institutional and Financial Management - PROFIP, for the "Development and application of a methodology to measure administrative costs associated with carrying out procedures and services provided by municipalities in Argentina". Mauro has a degree in Tourism from the Argentine Business University (UADE), a Master in Business Administration from the UNLP (National University of La Plata), he also has extensive academic activity at the University of Buenos Aires, University of La Plata and UADE among others.
