João Gouveia Cezar holds a degree in Business Administration with an MBA in project management and an MBA in quality management and specialization in administrative processes. He has worked for 17 years in the Tourism industry and has extensive experience in establishing administrative and service routines, creating Roadmaps and Tourist Products, Strategies for the development of gastronomic enterprises, accommodation, services in urban and rural areas, attracting investments, identifying business opportunities and developing regional policies for the creation of tourist hubs / regions.
