About

Giuseppe Milié, graduated in Architecture at the Faculty of Reggio Calabria, has subsequently completed a specialization in the degree course in Urban Planning, and more properly towards the planning of the territory with analysis of socio-demographic and economic elements for the planning of activities in the area. However, his work experience has always been focused on the world of golf and tourism. He has held positions as Golf Manager of some of the most important Italian Golf Courses, including Olgiata Golf Club, Golf Club Nazionale, Golf & Country Club Castelgandolfo and Parco di Roma Golf & Country Club. The world of golf has been experienced in all of its aspects, specializing in Golf Design, and later collaborating with the Studio of golf architects Robert Trent Jones Junior, the studio of Arthur Hill and Steve Forrest (of which he represented the main office in Italy as General Manager) and with BrioGolf by Ty Butler (collaboration still active today); today correspondent and consultant of GGA (Global Golf Advisor) for the director of the Europe area, Mr. John Strawn. Author of the texts of two regional laws on golf approved by the Basilicata and Calabria regions. In the course of his experience in the world of golf, in addition to planning the development of "golf destination" with the creation of golf centers programs to be offered to the golfers tourists market, such as the "Puglia Golf" Consortium (area and program agreement for the Municipalities of Fasano, Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica), Golf Development Companies in Basilicata for the Metapontina area, and feasibility studies for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, has signed the master plan of development of important fields such as Terre dei Consoli (Rome), San Domenico Golf (Fasano) and Golf Toscana (Gavorrano), has also had experience in the world of the Organization of Golf Events of global importance.
