Emma is a Consultant at Horwath HTL, based in Singapore. She focuses on conducting market and financial feasibility studies for hotels and resorts across Asia Pacific. Having graduated from École hôtelière de Lausanne with a Finance specialization, Emma embarked on her career in Sales & Marketing with Fairmont Raffles Hotel International, where she worked on analytics to ensure sales effectiveness for all hotels in South East Asia, thus developed strong understanding of market segmentation trends in the region. She later moved on to Accor Hotels to focus on Revenue Management in Singapore and Malaysia markets, hence gained expertise in optimizing hotel performances.
