Carles has developed his professional activity during the last 7 years in Sales & Marketing departments of several companies in different sectors, which gave him competence and transversal skills for market research, strategic planning, corporate identity management and the execution of national and international campaigns.
He began his career as an Audiovisual Producer and Marketing Consultant in communication and advertising agencies and later moved to the hospitality sector. There, he was part of the Sales & Marketing team of the international hotel chains W Hotels & Fairmont Hotels & Resorts until he became the head of the Digital Marketing department.
In parallel, Carles is well acquainted with the startup ecosystem, having been part of the executive committee of a tech SME and having successfully developed and implemented two business plans that finally reached the market.
He studied Audiovisual Communication and Marketing at a centre attached to the University of Girona, followed by two Masters (Event Organization, Protocol and Business Tourism and another in Hotel Management and Restaurant Chains) both taught at EAE Business School together with the University of Lleida and Ostelea.
He joins Horwath HTL in 2022 as Marketing Manager for Spain with the aim of consolidating the brand locally and internationally and strengthening each of the business lines of the firm.
