Andres Ziperovich is Director of the Tourism and Sustainability at Horwath HTL Argentina, having under his responsibility the Tourism Projects of Argentina and the region. He currently works as a Consultant for the development of public tourism plans, programs and projects. Development of private ventures in the hotel and tourism business. Development of innovative tourism products, sustainable tourism projects. Project feasibility.
In addition to this, he directs the market and economic feasibility studies of all the pre-investment tourism projects and the Project for the Development of Strategic Territorial Plans in Small and Medium Municipalities of the Argentine Republic
Prior to joining Howarth HTL Argentina, Andres served as Director of Tourism in the Municipality of San Antonio de Areco (2012-2018). In this role I carry out coordination tasks for the work team, articulation with other areas of government, programming and design tourism policy, implementation of programs and various government actions, network marketing, design and management of statistical base, generation of management instruments, design of ordinances governing the activity, representation in national and international events, relationship with private tourism providers, event management and organization, search for financing and construction of bankable projects, etc.
With almost 15 years of experience in Tourism, he also acted as a Consultant in different Private Sector Organizations such as Buquebus (2010 - 2012) and in Cabal Tourism among the most prominent. Today he is also Managing Partner of Tres Ejes Consultant in Sustainable Tourism, having within his main functions and responsibilities to be the Director of projects, product design, consulting for private Tourism ventures. Design of Strategic Plans. Design of marketing and commercialization plans.
He has a degree in Hospitality and Tourism. National University of Quilmes. 2006 and has extensive academic activity at the University of Buenos Aires, University of La Plata and Uade among others
