More than 20 years of experience in different sectors, which represents the competence and transversal ability, both for Corporate Management and for the General Management of “risk assets”, monetary, listed, movable and real estate. Extensive experience in portfolio asset allocation and individual high-net-worth, as well as macroeconomic specialist. He has developed his professional career in groups and companies related to investment managers, banking, family offices, sports management and currently in Tourist-Hotel and Leisure, with a highly specialized profile in Corporate Finance.

Holds a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, a European Financial Analyst from the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies and an MBA China Module Certificate from IESE.

Has worked in several asset management companies, Iberagentes activas, A.V., Urquijo Gestion SGIIC, Emesa Family Office and other heritage groups, as well as experienced in management of companies in the sports sector.

Currently extends his brilliant career offering professional services as senior director of Transaction Advisory & Corporate Finance at Horwath HTL for the offices in Spain, Andorra and Portugal, having successfully executed more than 130 advisory and financing operations, around 50 debt restructuring operations, external advisor to the Spanish State for company recapitalization funds (Fonrec), business economic viability plans, sustainability financial reports, due diligence, expert reports, search for investors, among other services. Always in permanent contact with the main stakeholders in the branch of tourism, hotel and leisure activity and all sectors directly or indirectly related, such as: hotel chains and groups, individual hotel owners, family offices, real estate funds, credit funds and public organizations.
