The project aimed to create a luxury destination that harmoniously integrates hospitality, recreation, and residential elements while capitalizing on the site’s exceptional natural beauty.
The process began with an extensive site analysis to assess the physical attributes of the property, including its topography, views, access, and environmental considerations. This evaluation ensured that the master plan leveraged the site’s unique features while preserving its natural integrity.
The proposed development included a mix of resort hotels designed to cater to both luxury and family-oriented markets, a beach club offering exclusive recreational amenities, and a marina to attract yachting and boating enthusiasts. Residential villa lots were strategically planned to maximize privacy and views, appealing to high-net-worth individuals seeking premium real estate in a serene coastal setting.
