Horwath HTL expands global footprint with new office in Miami, led by industry veteran, Dr. Clay Dickinson

Horwath HTL are proud to announce the continued expansion of our global network of hospitality, tourism, and leisure consulting firms, with the opening of a new office in Miami, Florida. This strategic development reinforces our long-term commitment to serving the South Florida and Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America (CALA) region with unmatched local insight and international expertise.
The Miami office will operate as Horwath HTL, Miami under the leadership of Dr. Clay B. Dickinson, a seasoned hospitality expert with more than 40 years of international and regional experience. Dickinson brings a wealth of knowledge in corporate strategic planning, development planning and advisory, market feasibility, transaction advisory, operator/brand selection, litigation support, and property asset management making him a key asset to both our network and clients across South Florida and the CALA Region.
His career spans leadership roles with leading global firms, including positions such as an Executive Managing Director of Hotels & Hospitality and Valuation Advisory Services lines of business of JLL for the CALA Region, Client Industry Executive for IBM and EDS, Regional Director of Development for the predecessor firm of IHG, and Partner/Managing Director for KPMG Real Estate and Hospitality Consulting.
Having lived, worked and travelled in more than 120 countries, Dr. Dickinson has a high degree of professional proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese and is one of the foremost authorities in the hospitality industry, especially in the CALA region.
