Horwath HTL played a pivotal role in structuring the financing strategy for Vodafone Park Stadium, a landmark sports and entertainment venue. Our objective was to create a financial framework that maximized investor confidence and ensured long-term financial sustainability for the project.

Our engagement began with a detailed financial assessment, evaluating construction costs, potential revenue streams, and the economic impact of the stadium. This model provided transparency and instilled confidence among stakeholders. We also advised on strategies to optimize operational efficiency and maximize non-sporting revenue streams.
