Since joining the network in 2017, she has completed engagements in more than 45 U.S. states and over 10 countries across Asia Pacific, advising institutional investors, private equity groups, major hotel groups, sovereign-linked entities, and individual asset owners on engagements spanning a full range of property types and market conditions.

Her consulting work covers the full investment and development cycle, from market and feasibility studies and development advisory through asset management, capital markets, and disposal, including cross-border mandates across both mature and emerging markets. Her project experience spans trophy hotel assets, lodging portfolios, destination master plans, mixed-use developments, casinos, golf clubs, membership clubs, budget hotels, RV parks, condotels, and sporting clubs.

Hua brings together deep Americas market knowledge and hands-on Asia-Pacific experience, underpinned by rigorous financial training. She writes and publishes in both English and Mandarin Chinese, giving her direct access to owner and investor communities on both sides of the Pacific.

Hua holds a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy from University College London and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management, summa cum laude, from Florida International University. She is a CFA Charterholder, a member of ACCA, and a member of HAMA.
