Kendy brings comprehensive expertise across the full hotel development lifecycle, from concept creation through disposition, including feasibility studies, financial modeling and analysis, stakeholder sourcing, strategic planning, development advisory, and asset management.
Kendy combines strong analytical capabilities with a global perspective, enabling her to add value across diverse asset classes while remaining agile to evolving needs.
Before joining Horwath HTL in 2023, Kendy gained operational experience in luxury hotels and serviced apartments at Four Seasons Hong Kong and supported strategic planning and feasibility initiatives at the Marriott International regional office.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from EHL Hospitality Business School in Switzerland, graduating with honours. Furthermore, Kendy obtained a Master's in Management with a Finance Track from ESSEC Business School in France and participated in the MBA programme at Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, as an exchange student. She is proficient in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and French.
