Scope of Work: Angkor in the northern province of Cambodia called Siem Reap, is one of the most important archaeological sites in Southeast Asia. The site covers approximately 400 square kilometers.

Description of Project: The mission conducted by Horwath HTL consisted in the realization of a strategic diagnosis of the components of destination (culture and leisure activities, accommodation, ..)
Following this diagnosis, Horwath HTL has developed a tourism development strategy adapted to the territory, with the objective of enhancing the global attendance.
An action plan was then submitted to the authorities, in order to participate in the operational implementation of the project
