Scope of Work: The study analyzed the general environment and the hotel market, in order to make recommendations according to the hotel units analysis’ results and estimations as per ist upgrading needs.

Description of Project: General environment analysis and hotel market overview. External analysis of the units: socio-economic analysis and diagnosis of the tourism market of the studied town. Internal analysis of the units: market/product analysis, technical assessment of the ability of each unit to meet the demands of the market.

Project Status: Assignment completed in 2009 / 2011 – Project achieved
