Scope of Work: After having successfully created a new tourism brand, the Romanian government needed an effective and up-to-date marketing plan. The aim was to outline clear actions in order to promote and communicate the new brand as well as its tourism offer to the global tourism market.
Description of Project: The strategic part of the plan proposed 6 key tourism products and key strategies for markets, market segments as well as communication strategy. The operational marketing plan gave clear road map for developing integral marketing activities in domestic and foreign markets.
