Scope of Work: The French Federation of Tennis launched a tender to relocate the international tournament of Roland Garros in a more qualitative and adapted site. Indeed, the 8ha site situated in the south west of Paris (Porte d’Auteuil) was not more sufficient to organize such event.

Description of Project: The public development authority of Marne-la-Vallée decided to apply for welcoming the tournament and chose Horwath HTL France to highlight the assets of the area, program a year-round leisure and sport living place, and adapt the legal and financial framework, as well as the Business Plan.

Project Status: Assignment completed in 2010-2011 – project awarded second behind Paris
