Scope of Work: Market Research & Feasibility, Concept Development
Project Overview: The Client owns an expansive plot of land 45 minutes outside of the capital city that it is currently using for farming. The Client engaged Horwath HTL Health and Wellness to assess the viability of developing a farm-to-table restaurant at the site and the viability of rolling out the concept to other locations throughout Morocco.
Horwath HTL Solution: Proposed a village-type concept that includes a luxury farm-to-table restaurant, an organic café, a farmers’ market, a small spa facility, an activity center, and a boutique meeting and event facility with the intent to attract business during weekdays and to extend the average length of stay during weekends.
Project Status: The project is currently in planning and the open date has not been scheduled yet.
