Project Overview: Horwath HTL was tasked to undertake a market and financial feasibility study for a potential hotel development in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), a new city that has risen from a former military camp and set to become the country’s top commercial business district soon. The subject hotel is part of a two-tower upscale mixed-use project in the master-planned development, Veritown Fort. Horwath HTL Solution: our team provided an in depth study to determine the future operating environment for the hotel in the market, the types of demand segments the subject hotel would attract, the best facilities and quality level for the hotel, and the prospective financial performance of the hotel.
Implementation: Assignment is completed. The hotel will be managed by Hyatt Hotels Corporation and is expected to open in 2016 as Grand Hyatt Manila and Residences featuring 66 storeys and 438 guestrooms.
