Scope of Work: Defining a national marketing plan for tourism

Description of Project: Objective of this project was to define strategic and operational marketing plan for Croatian tourism. Key problem was to achieve agreement on plan structure between Croatian regions and tourism experts. Additional objective was to create cooperation framework for plan implementation, taking into consideration differences between regions and tourism products in Croatia
