Scope of Work: As 2013 is a transitional year, in the light of the strategic marketing plan entering its last year, CNTB needed pragmatic and up-to-date operational marketing tools to transform its passive and obsolete activities into modern and increasingly online ones.
Description of Project: List of prioritized tools and activities for 2013. The marketing budget needed to be focused into less but more specialized activities.
