Scope of Work: The Budapest Office has been involved in the preparation of the mid- and long-term Tourism Strategy and Brand Development Concept of the Capital Budapest for the period 2005-2010.
Description of Project: Budapest Municipal Assembly has requested Horwath HTL Hungary to define the status of tourism in Budapest and prepare a 5-year tourism strategy and development plan for the capital city with focus on the development of Budapest as a brand in its marketing activities to strengthen its position and image in the international tourism market.
