    Overview: Horwath HTL was approached to provide independent expert advice and ascertain the feasibility through a detailed market and financial evaluation of a proposed 30-key beachfront midscale hotel development on the island of Grande Comore.

    Project Status: The client later decided that it should develop a mid-market 35-key hotel initially, with a view to expanding to 70-keys once business picked up.

    Overview: Client was considering an investment into a mixed-use development. One of the elements incorporated in the mixed-use development was a 150-key hotel.

    Description of project: Review the indicative financial projections and engage with Hilton Worldwide with regard to the underlying assumptions. Benchmarking exercise against known industry standards in order to confirm reasonableness projections. Review and provide feedback to Client.

    Overview: Horwath HTL, Germany were chosen to work for the German Travel giant TUI AG on a pristine tourism development project in Tuscany.

    Solution: Since 2006 until now, we have worked as project developers and project managers, helping the development achieve its potential in a sustainable way without destroying the natural beauty of the area.

    Implementation: The Golf course and other facilities are open and the hotel is due to open in 2017.

    Overview: Horwath HTL was appointed to provide a market and financial feasibility study in respect of a 42-key suite-led boutique hotel in the Midtown area of London, to be set within a historic Grade II listed building.

    Solution: The project was divided into two phases. The first phase, undertaken in 2012, consisted of a high-level analysis of the viability of the proposed development.

    Implementation: The property is currently scheduled to open by the end of 2016.
