Iva Rašica is a Junior Consultant at Horwath HTL Croatia where she's engaged in consulting activities for both private and public sectors. Iva gained her experience particularly in tourism development strategies and operational plans related to national, regional, local and city level, as well as marketing plans, branding and product development.
Iva graduated summa cum laude from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business, where she earned a MA Degree in Marketing. During her studies, she was enrolled into an exchange program in the UK where she broadened her knowledge in Marketing. During her studies she participated and won numerous student competitions in solving real business cases from different industries.
