Investments and strategies renewing Italian hospitality

The world of hospitality industry is crossing an unprecedented period of growth and Italy strives to be part of the mainstream.

Adapting to structural changes in financing and managing hospitality is the key to sustain value creation, both for domestic and international chains. Consolidation is more and more evident and leveraging size is still the mantra.

Where are chains going?
How is finance supporting?

Learn about the 227 brands we have counted in the country and how they evolved in the last five years. Listen to the most relevant deals of 2017 and investment funds’ positions and expectations for the future of hospitality.
Every year over 200 senior figures from all over Italy come together at the Hotels & Chains Conference for a day of educational panels, international speeches, and for the presentation of the Hotels & Chains Report.
The theme for this year’s event is ” Investments and Strategies renewing Italian hospitality”. How are experts from private equity, investment funds, hotel chains and consultants looking at the consolidation happening in the country and Europe? This will be the major focus for the over 15 Italian and international senior panelists who will contribute by technical speeches and debates.

We will unveil and distribute the 5th edition of the Report, edited by Horwath HTL in cooperation with Confindustria AICA and in partnership with Cassa depositi e prestiti and Bocconi University.

In 2018 the Conference will be held on February 14th at the Bocconi University in Milan.
