Keith Evans from Starwood Capital to Appear at HOTCO 2018

Keith Evans, VP of Hotel acquisitions for Starwood Capital has been confirmed as one of the key speakers at this year’s HOTCO conference. The event, which is organized by Horwath HTL, the global leader in hospitality consulting, is being held at the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus on the 29th and 30th of January in Budapest.

Starwood Capital, who recently acquired the Sofitel in Budapest, are one of the most active and well-known investment groups working in the hospitality sector. Founded by Barry Sternlicht, Starwood Capital started during the depths of the savings & loan crisis with the purchase of non-performing loans and real estate assets from the Resolution Trust Corp., Chairman and CEO Barry Sternlicht has overseen the Firm’s growth into a diversified investment company that today encompasses more than 3,400 employees and approximately 9,000 additional employees involved with multiple portfolio operating companies.
